Let’s get Human Garage to Visit Bermuda

We meet in the Arboretum every Sunday at 945AM, (near the prospect side of the park)

Some of you may know I was at a Human Garage Workshop in Toronto at the end of August. It was amazing ! I do this work…I’ve done this work for years, this movement, fascial work, healing, trauma releasing, chakras, energy balancing,magical combining…I dunno… whatever you might call it,

I’ve learned all these segments…in SEGMENTS lol, and I practice all of these elements and have been enhancing them for years. I’ve been working for years to SMOOSH them together, I call it! I think Im doing a decent job…well done me. Because some stuff I learn is polar opposite, super gentle, to super challenging…how does one SMOOSH those ??

Well…let me tell you…HG Smooshes them!!!! It is the FIRST TIME I’ve ever come across a group/education/whatever of people that were ALREADY SMOOSHING!!! Imagine my excitement!! So attending two 6 hour workshops has created a knitting of sorts that I’ve never experienced and let me tell you…IT IS POWERFUL!!!

I’d love to do my part to spread the word of healing and Human Garage here in Bermuda! I’d love to invite them…but we need to create a BUZZ first! And get their attention! If you are interested to join in please please do!!
