Kick the Stress Habit   -  sleep and nervous system tools with some practical stress limiting exercise

We have this absolutely amazing Nervous System that helps us to DEAL with stress. Our FIGHT/FLIGHT nervous system. It helps us negotiate difficult and immediate threats in life, giving us a myriad of hormones, endorphins, strength etc.

A huge part of the challenge is this is automatic. Returning to a state of calm…is NOT automatic. So often what happens is we adapt to this ‘new normal’ level of stress.

We want to actively participate in shedding stress to return to our baseline.

Our fast paced, extra stressy world right now is putting most of us on edge! People are stressed out, and we are going to get sicker.
