Movement
It all starts by learning how to focus on what you want for your body and wellness. Meeting your body where it is and developing functional movement and a healthy connection with our bodies through various modalities. When we’ve had setbacks, pain etc, we must find new and innovative ways to meet the body and return to the wisdom we once knew and may have forgotten

Health
Reflecting on what may be blocking you that can often live in the less visible. We are an integrated system and each system impacts the others. We are not separate. Our stress is not separate from our body and our body is not separate from our stress etc. Inviting a holistic approach to understanding the body’s many systems - digestion, hydration, sleep, stress, foods choices/timing, and learn how to synchronize many of our choices towards supporting what we want for our health

Connection
Learning how to continually refine what we’ve learned and integrate our systems.. Think of this as your new beginning. Diving deeper into thought/mindset, energy systems, trauma/drama, Emotions and stuck/stored energy as stagnation and freeing that energy, through release, belief systems work, repatterning. Connecting to our IMESP selves…Intuitive. Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, Physical aspects of selves and inviting harmony
